Entry Acceptance: Your participation in the JGR & STN Ultimate Trip Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Promoter: The promoter of this competition is JGR & STN, with registered address [PO Box 328, Burleigh Heads, QLD, 4220, Australia], (“Promoter”).
No Purchase Requirement: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this competition. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Duration and Deadlines: Entries for the competition may be submitted from the 4th of March 2024 until 15th of March at 11.59pm AEST.
Eligibility Requirements: Entry is open worldwide except for employees of the Promoter, or their immediate family members.

Entries will be considered valid upon receipt by the Promoter.
Limitations on Entries: The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries.
Instagram and TikTok Promotion: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or TikTok. By participating, entrants release Instagram and TikTok from any liability arising from or related to the promotion. Entrants are solely responsible for their entries and any content posted on Instagram or TikTok. Any questions or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Instagram or TikTok. By submitting a video for a bonus entry, entrants grant the Promoter permission to use the video across all its platforms and website for promotional purposes.
Prize: The prize includes:
- Flights to our LA Pop-up for you and a friend
- 1 nights accommodation in LA for two people
- An exclusive invite to the VIP pop-up launch
- A private shopping experience with the JGR&STN team between the 17th and 19th of March
- A JGR&STN wardrobe each to the value of $300USD
Winners: The winner will be drawn at random and must follow all eligibility requirements. The winner will be announced on the 15th of March at 5pm PDT or 16th of March at 10am AEST and notified via email.
Privacy and Publicity Issues: The Promoter will collect personal information for administering the competition and publicizing the winner. Entrants agree to the Promoter’s use of their information. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Australian and US privacy laws.
Disclaimers, Waivers, Releases, and Limitations on Liability: The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or tampered prizes. By participating, entrants release the Promoter from liability. Winning constitutes permission to use winners’ information for promotional purposes. Any liability of the Promoter will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Other Legal: The Promoter’s decisions are final. Entrants waive rights to claim punitive or consequential damages. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement.
