Refundid is available for our US customers only. Via their portal you can receive an instant refund and also have the option to purchase returns label at a discounted rate. This is the quickest way for US customers to have their return processed.
If you have a change of mind in respect of a purchase (e.g. you no longer want the product), we will accept a return within 14 days of purchase and provide you with a store credit + additional $10 or refund.
We won't accept returns for the following:
- Products must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original packaging and tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.
- All sale items are final and we will not be accepting any returns.
- Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, or swimwear (including one piece and sets). The protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
- Products that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them.

We process all returns within five days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority.
All items purchased from our online sale section are final and we will not be accepting any returns. Feel free to reach out to our team via chat or email for any questions regarding fit or sizing.
Items purchased from a pop-up store can only be returned in store while the pop-up remains open.

You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to get back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
